Prices and quotes

Prices on this site, like our starting price, are a guide. They aren’t an offer. A price is binding only once it’s in a written quote or agreement we both accept. Each quote spells out its own scope, acceptance test, payment milestones and who owns what. Every build comes with a 90-day fix warranty, and the quote has the details.

The free consultation

The consultation is free and there’s nothing to sign. If we send you a quote afterward, you don’t have to accept it. We don’t promise savings. A quote shows the hours and dollars we expect a tool to save at your numbers, so you can decide before you spend anything.

Numbers and examples on this site

The screens, numbers and examples on this site show how our tools work. They don’t measure what you’d get on your own work, and they don’t promise any result.
