Who we are

Nightshift is run by Zander Leon in Morris County, New Jersey. For any question about your data, email hello@nightshiftwork.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a free consultation, we get what you fill in on the form:

• Your name, work email and company
• How many people work at your company
• The task that takes the most hours, if you choose to tell us
• About how many hours a week it takes, if you choose to say

The form also sends us the page you came from, plus any campaign, QR code or button tags in the web address. That tells us how you found us. The form uses your IP address to stop the same request from being sent over and over. Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. If our email service can’t deliver your request, we write your name, email, company, company size and hours range to those logs so we can still reply.

You can’t upload files with the form. After you send it, the next page may show a booking calendar from Cal.com. If it does, your browser connects to Cal.com to load it. Cal.com gets your name, email and the time you pick only if you book a call.

We don’t use ad or tracking cookies. If we count visitors, we do it with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. It counts page views and a few actions, like which button you pressed and which question you opened. When you send the form, it also gets the company size and hours range you picked, and the link or QR code tag that brought you here, if there was one. It doesn’t get your name, email, company or anything you type.

What we use it for

We use it to reply to you, get ready for your call and follow up on your request. We don’t sell it, rent it out or use it for ads.

Who handles it

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, when we have it turned on.
• Resend emails your request to us and sends you the confirmation email.
• Cal.com may show a booking calendar after you send the form. If you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking.
• Google hosts the inbox your request lands in.
• Stripe is only used if you pay us. It takes the payment on its own pages, and this website never sees your card or bank details.

If you become a client, your project agreement covers how we look after your documents. Before we start, we tell you in writing which outside services, if any, will handle your data.

How long we keep it

We keep it as long as we need it to answer you and for normal business records. If you become a client, we have to keep some records for tax and legal reasons. Otherwise, ask and we’ll delete your request and anything you sent with it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@nightshiftwork.com and we’ll answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
