Nightshift

For independent insurance agencies

Stop losing commissionsin carrier statements.

Missing commissions, wrong rates and chargebacks hide in every carrier’s statement. We build a tool that matches each line to the policies in your system and flags what you’re owed, so your team stops reconciling by hand.

Old way vs new way

Reconciling commissions eats the week.

Every carrier pays on its own statement, and someone has to match them all.

Problem

Manual, slow and easy to get wrong

  • Statements downloaded from every carrier portal
  • Lines matched to policies by hand
  • Missing commissions found months later, or never
  • Producer splits worked out in a spreadsheet

Solution

Fast, automatic and easy to use

  • Statements collected and read as they arrive
  • Every line matched to the policy it belongs to
  • Missing commissions and wrong rates flagged with the amount
  • Producer splits worked out for you, ready to review

Where the hours go

Three jobs we take off your plate.

Built around the way your agency already works.

  • Commission statements

Each carrier’s statement matched to the policies in your system, with missing commissions, wrong rates and chargebacks listed.

  • Producer splits

Commissions split between producers the way your agreements say, ready for payroll review.

  • Renewals and certificates

A renewal list that builds itself weeks ahead, and certificate requests logged and routed so none get lost.

My team used to check invoices and build the weekly report by hand. Now it just runs. The numbers are there every Monday without anyone opening a spreadsheet, and it caught billing mistakes we’d been paying for months.

How it works

Getting started is simple

From first call to hours saved, in 3 steps.

  1. Free consultation

A 20-minute call to see how you reconcile carrier statements today and where commissions slip through. Then a fixed quote with the hours it saves.

  2. Build

It goes live 2 to 6 weeks after you say yes. You try it on your real work first.

  3. Launch and support

Your team gets trained, and any fixes in the first 90 days are free.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

Straight answers before you book a call.

Does it work with our agency management system?

If your system can export policies and commissions, yes. We confirm it on the call before we quote, and nothing changes in it without your team’s approval.

Our carriers send statements in different formats. Is that a problem?

No. That’s the normal case. The tool reads PDFs, spreadsheets and downloads in whatever format each carrier sends.

What happens when it finds a missing commission?

You get the policy, the carrier and the amount, ready to send to the carrier. Nothing goes out until someone on your team approves it.

Can it handle direct bill and agency bill?

We build around how each carrier actually pays you, and we map that out on the call.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, starting at $4,000. You get the quote after the free consultation. We only quote work that should pay for itself within 6 months at your numbers. Every build comes with 90 days of free fixes after launch.

Is our data safe?

Your data stays in accounts you own, in your name. Before we start, we tell you in writing which outside services, if any, will see it. Payments and anything sent outside your company wait for a person on your team to approve them.
